Welcome to The Boat Charter Miami, helping guests discover Miami from the water through carefully selected private yacht charters and luxury yacht rentals.
The Boat Charter was founded by Paul, an experienced yachtsman and accomplished entrepreneur with a lifelong passion for boating. After decades spent around boats and the sea, Paul created The Boat Charter to make exceptional yacht experiences easier to discover, compare and book.
Today, we help clients find the right yacht for everything from relaxed days on Biscayne Bay and cruises around Miami Beach to birthdays, bachelorette parties, corporate events and longer luxury charters.
Whether you are an experienced boater or stepping aboard a private yacht for the first time, our aim is simple: to help you find the yacht and experience that best suits your group.
The Boat Charter gives clients access to a carefully selected range of boats and yachts in Miami, from stylish day yachts and luxury motor yachts to larger vessels for celebrations, events and extended charters.
Rather than presenting you with hundreds of unsuitable options, our team helps narrow down the available yachts based on your date, group size, budget, preferred charter duration and plans for the day.
Safety and professionalism remain at the heart of every charter. We work with established yacht operators, professional captains and experienced crews, with each charter subject to the relevant vessel, licensing and operating requirements.
At The Boat Charter Miami, we also understand that choosing the yacht is only part of planning the perfect day.
Our team can help you consider routes around Biscayne Bay, Miami Beach, Key Biscayne and other popular cruising areas, as well as Miami yacht charter experiences and special occasions.
From your first inquiry through to charter day, we are here to make the booking process straightforward and personal.
Our mission is to make exceptional private yacht charters easier to discover and book in Miami and across the world’s leading yachting destinations.
In Miami, that could mean cruising across Biscayne Bay with the Downtown skyline behind you, relaxing off Key Biscayne, exploring the waterways around Miami Beach or celebrating a special occasion aboard your own private yacht.
Whether you are looking for a peaceful escape, a luxury day charter or an unforgettable celebration, our Miami yacht collection allows us to match different groups with different styles of experience.
Our passion for boating is reflected in the way we approach every inquiry. From helping you compare suitable yachts to explaining pricing, charter durations, routes and inclusions, we aim to provide clear advice and personal support at every stage.
Paul’s journey into boating began in the late 1980s, influenced by his brother during a memorable trip to Scotland. There, amidst the serene beauty of the Scottish coasts, Paul’s lifelong passion for the sea was ignited. This love for maritime adventures, deeply rooted in his personal experiences, is the cornerstone upon which The Boat Charter was built.
Before embarking on this nautical venture, Paul established himself as a force in the business world. With a rich background that spans the founding and scaling of multiple businesses, Paul brings a unique blend of finance, leadership, management, and boating mastery to the helm of The Boat Charter.
His entrepreneurial spirit has been celebrated with numerous accolades, including the prestigious Entrepreneur of the Year award. He has led his companies to be recognised as one of the Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For. These experiences have shaped his business acumen and enriched his vision of providing a first-class boating service.
